Julie Cairns

Julie is a Partner Manager at the Haring Center for Inclusive Education. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood and Family Studies and her Masters of Education in Early Childhood Special Education from the University of Washington. Julie’s work focuses on supporting special education and inclusion in early childhood programs. She supports the provision of training, coaching and consultation around inclusion and individualization for Early Achievers coaches. Prior to joining the Haring Center team, Julie worked as a special education preschool teacher and general education ECEAP teacher at the Experimental Education Unit for seven years.
