Jessica Chandler has been working with learners with diverse exceptional abilities for 20 years. As the Associate Director of Outreach, Birth-to-5 & Statewide Coordinator of Birth-to-3 Services for Children who are BLV (blind or have low vision) at the Washington State School for the Blind, Jessica is fortunate to companion families during the earliest stages of their journey to empower and support their B/LV children. She has a B.S. in Deaf Education, a M.A. in Early Childhood Special Education, Certification as Teacher of Students who are BLV, a M.S. in Orientation and Mobility and her Principal Certification.
