Iris has worked with young children and their caregivers for more than 20 years as a daycare provider and preschool teacher. She was a Family Resources Coordinator and ESIT Program Manager for 5 years before she joined the ESIT State Leadership Team as a Technical Assistance Specialist for the NW region of WA state in July 2022. She is the parent of a 16-year-old son with a disability who experienced developmental delays.
