Minah has over 32 years of experience in early childhood development, specializing in teaching, coaching, early intervention services, and parent education. She is dedicated to supporting underserved communities, particularly Black, African American, and families of color. As the Pierce Parent to Parent (P2P) Coordinator at PAVE, Minah provides education, emotional support, and resources for parents and caregivers of children with disabilities & special healthcare needs. Minah holds an M.Ed. in Curriculum and Instruction – Early Childhood Education and is a proud mother of four, two of whom have autism, sensory processing disorder, and ADHD.
