Dee, a military spouse and mother of a twice-exceptional child, is the Assistant Program Director at STOMP (Specialized Training of Military Parents) at PAVE. She develops and delivers trainings on military cultural competence and educates military-connected parents and professionals about available services. Dee also serves as the PAVE Helpline Coordinator, connecting individuals with disabilities, their families, and professionals to essential support and resources.
