Seeing Through the Window: Exploring Regulation and Connection in Early Childhood TA4

Tuesday, May 6, 9:30 am–11:00 am

Pre-Registration Required

Children's early experiences with caregivers can help them develop healthier patterns that can benefit their development, relationships, health, and emotional wellbeing. Brain-PowerED trainings are designed to support parents and educators in making accessible shifts in their homes and classrooms.

In this presentation, participants will learn the basics of the human nervous system through the concept of the Window of Tolerance: an analogy for the process of managing stress, regulation, and behavior.

This training will inspire parents and professionals to model healthier regulation strategies, promote positive behavior, nurture more connected relationships, and increase wellbeing for themselves and the children in their care.
